SHIPPING INFO

Once your submit your order you will get an email on how to pay. Once paid you will get ONLY ONE MORE email letting you know your products have been shipped and with a FEDEX tracking number.

No Orders Via: Email, text message, social media. or by phone. All orders must be made online by filling out the order form. You will be contacted via email for paying instructions NO EXCEPTIONS!

We ship to all 40 legalized states.

Once paid orders are fulfilled and ship within 1-3 BUSINESS days depending on size of order. You will receive ONLY ONE email with tracking number and that it has been shipped.

We DO NOT send payment confirmation emails you know if the $ has been taken out of your account or not.

Large orders ship within 3-5 BUSINESS days.

If you DO NOT RECEIVE your package with 3 business days AFTER it has been shipped please Contact us via email INFO@HIGHHOPES.BIZ! We will not be responsible after 3 days if you don't receive your shipment and didn't contact us within the time frame.

We are not responsible if you do not send the correct address info including apt numbers, zip codes, etc. We WILL NOT REPLACE IT!

If you do not receive your order due to an error on OUR end we will  replace your order and re-ship with no shipping charge

We do not ship to P.O. boxes so please provide physical address when filling out order form. This will be the address we ship to unless otherwise stated.
